  1. How to Order

Shopping at Sotomare is very easy:

  1. Choose your product. Browse our website and select the products you want.
  2. Add to cart. Click on “Add to cart” and review your selection.
  3. Checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details. If you have a coupon, apply it before confirming.
  4. Receive your confirmation. We will send you an email with the order summary and shipment tracking.
  1. Prices

The retail prices (RRP) are published on the platform and include applicable taxes.

The prices published on this website may be updated or modified at any time. These changes will not affect orders already confirmed by email notification.

  1. Promo Codes Offers

Laboratorios Lanxo S.L. reserves the right to launch promotions, discounts and offers through its website when it deems it appropriate. These promotions may be applied automatically during the purchase process, through a previously provided code or through discounts visible directly on the products.

Terms of use:

  • The user must enter the code in the field provided before finalizing the order and verify its correct application.
  • Unless otherwise indicated, the codes are not cumulative. Only one promotional code can be used per order.
  • If a coupon is not applied at the time, it can be used on future purchases while it is in effect and the conditions are met.
  • Where there are discounts already applied to products, it will not be possible to add additional codes.
  • Laboratorios Lanxo S.L. reserves the right to limit or modify the conditions of use of the promotions, including minimum order amount, products included or expiry date.
  • Unless specified, coupons will not be applied to shipping costs, packs or gift cards.

All payments are processed using secure payment gateways. Laboratorios Lanxo S.L. does not store users’ bank details, as the management is carried out directly by the payment providers applying their own protocols and anti-fraud measures.

If you detect a suspicious or unauthorized transaction, contact your card issuer or the payment provider used immediately.

  1. Shipping and delivery times

We ship throughout Spain, through specialized courier companies.

Delivery times will be 24-72 hours and may vary depending on location, product availability and festivities. If there is a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Standard shipping is free for orders within Spain with a purchase over €59. The user will receive instructions for the free return in case of an accepted claim.
