This document regulates the conditions of use and contracting applicable to the online platform www.sotomare.com and the services offered through it. Access to and use of the platform implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy and any additional legal texts that may be incorporated in the future.

  1. User Registration and Access

Registration is only allowed to persons over 18 years of age or to those acting on behalf of a legal entity with sufficient power.

To register, the user must complete the form provided, providing truthful data and expressly accepting these terms and the privacy policy.

The user will be responsible for the safekeeping of their access credentials.

  1. Procurement procedure

The www.sotomare.com purchase process consists of the following phases:

  1. Product selection: the user selects the desired items and adds them to the cart.
  2. Identification: the user provides their contact, shipping and billing details.
  3. Payment method: the user chooses the available payment method and expressly accepts these terms and the privacy policy.
  4. Confirmation: after completing the purchase, an email will be sent with the confirmation and summary of the order.

Contracts entered into electronically will be fully valid in accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

  1. Products and prices

Through the Web, we offer cosmetic products. All information about ingredients, characteristics, how to use, precautions and photographs is provided with the highest possible accuracy. However, there may be slight variations in the final presentation of the product.

  • Products: cosmetics developed and manufactured by Laboratorios Lanxo S.L.
  • Prices: are shown in euros and include applicable VAT.
  • Authenticity: all products are original and manufactured by Laboratorios Lanxo S.L.
  1. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
  • PayPal.
  • Bizum
  1. Shipments
  • Destiny: Peninsula and Balearic Islands. For other destinations, please consult.
  • Cost: free for orders over €59. For lower orders, the rate visible during the checkout process will apply.
  • Delivery time: estimated 24-72 working hours.
  • Incidents: in the event of a delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
  1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users:

  • Deadline: 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
  • Conditions: Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
  • Exceptions: unsealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not allowed.
  • Procedure:
    1. Contact clientes@sotomare.com indicating the order number and reason for withdrawal.
    2. We will indicate the return address.
    3. Once received and verified, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method used.
  • Return costs: to be paid by the customer, except for defective product or shipping error.
  1. Responsibility for the use of the products

Our products are cosmetics intended for external care. We do not replace medical treatment, medical consultation, or offer diagnoses. We recommend reading the instructions carefully and always performing a test on a small area of the skin before full use. The company is not liable for damages arising from a

improper use of the products.
In case of adverse reaction:

  • Report the adverse effect on the AEMPS website: www.notificaram.es.
  • Inform us at our contact email: clientes@sotomare.com.
  • See a doctor if the reaction is severe or persistent.
  • Keep the product and packaging for easy research.
  1. Obligations of the user and right of exclusion

The user undertakes to:

  • Use the Platform and Services in a lawful manner.
  • Do not carry out acts that may damage or overload the website.
  • Do not attempt to access restricted areas or computer systems of others.

Laboratorios Lanxo S.L. reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the website and/or the services offered, without prior notice, to those users who fail to comply with these general conditions of use or who make inappropriate use of the website.

Likewise, Laboratorios Lanxo S.L. may exercise all the legal actions it deems appropriate in the event of infringement of these conditions or any improper use of its platform.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties and General Liability

Laboratorios Lanxo S.L. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors in accessing the website, although the necessary measures will be taken to avoid interruptions in the service.

  1. Intellectual and industrial property

All contents, texts, images, trademarks and logos are the property of Laboratorios Lanxo S.L. or authorised third parties. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with current regulations and the Privacy Policy available on the website.

  1. Modification of conditions

The Company may modify these terms at any time. The new conditions will be applicable from their publication on the website.

  1. Conflict resolution

The contract may be terminated due to non-compliance with essential obligations, non-payment or by unilateral decision of the user, upon written request.

In the event of termination, the user must pay the outstanding amounts and return the products if applicable.

For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile or, failing that, to those that are competent in accordance with the applicable regulations.
